On Tuesday I'm baking a small batch of kouign amann pastries.
Like a decadent croissant baked in caramelized sugar; these flaky pastries balance texture with a crunchy top and a chewy core.
Pre-order by June 23rd - it will be a small batch so they might be claimed quickly! Feel free to order just one pastry ($6) or as many as you like!
